4 thinly sliced jalapeño peppers (seeded)/ 4 slides 2 cups watermelon chunks 1 ice cube 1 ½ cups soda water ½ cup mezcal 2 lemons (juice of one and the other for garnish) Strain the watermelon juice. Pour some of the liquid into a cooler and reserve the other part for drinks. Wait until the cubes are frozen before continuing. Place the watermelon ices in two glasses. Pour ¾ of the reserved watermelon juice and add the lime juice. Insert two slices of jalapeño into each glass. Add the soda water and finish with the mezcal. Serve with lime slices.
